and always carefull with recovery, R* add money check account on 1.27

How to transfer modded account with No Ban:

# char must be 30 days old or more after char created. (Real time)
# under level 500( tested level 899)
# money 500 million max (balance) tested 1billion
# modded outfit , fast run( work)
# using any recovery

For new account :
# max lvl 200
# 500million max

I just transfer new acc today level 250. & 500 million does not work.

Weird. People are saying it can be transferred. Even Emanuel's youtube vids he's been doing a ton
