Reason PSN is banning so fast is because more than 1 person is using the same Console ID. There systems automatically find a unusual amount of players on 1 console id thus banning these ID's. Also Reason they don't ban then as fast as some is because they are either busy, or office hours are closed. Also it's not hard for PSN to find these console id's it's just a simple search "Console ids". Boom that's how it works.
