How to get a Console ID for free from a OFW! [ So NON JAILBREAK! ]

Welcome to a new tutorial from the Woodman!
So guys i'm back with a brand new TUTORIAL for you guys!
This time with a '' needed '' concept '' THE CONSOLE ID'' !
Yes the Console ID! The most asked me for it so here it is!
- Read carefully and I will put pictures in it, so if you have any questions I can resolve them!
* NOTE: I'M NOT RESPONSILBE FOR YOU USING YOUR FRIENDS OR OWN OFW '' CONSOLE ID ''!
1. Starting up with downloading the needed tools!
- The Console ID Swapper / IDPStealer
- H.x.D Hex Editor
* NOTE: THE CONSOLE ID SWAPPER MAYBE CONTAINS AS A VIRUS! SO DISABLE YOUR ANTI - VIRUS IF YOU USE IT!
2. So you need to get this if you open the file
3. Make a new folder called '' IDPS '' and put the '' IDPStealer '' and the '' readme.txt '' in it!
4. Then open a '' CMD '' menu
- Then type in '' CMD '' without the quotes and then drag the '' IDPStealer '' into the '' CMD '' menu
- Press '' Space '' put then this in the '' CMD '' menu ( -p ) without '' ( ) ''
- If you did that then type '' 1337 '' after the '' -p '' then type in '' idps.bin '' and press enter!
5. Go to your PS3 and go to your '' Network Settings ''
- Press '' X '' and press '' Custom ''
- Then just click everytime '' X '' until you get by '' Proxy Server '' and click '' Use ''
- Type now your '' Address '' in what you have seen in the '' CMD '' menu, for me it is this
- Then if you typed that in fill in the '' Port Number '' your port in and thats '' 1337 ''
6. Then just press '' X '' whole time and by the '' Test Connection '' click '' Circle ''
7. Now go back to your '' XMB '' menu, aslo known as '' Home Menu '' then go to '' What's New ''
- Then click '' X '' and click on the game above your own game which is in the '' Playstation Store ''
- Then you will get to your '' Sign In '' details
- Your IDPS have succesfully written to your PC in the '' CMD '' menu!
8. Type in the Windows '' Search '' bar
- '' idps '' and you will find a file called '' idps.bin '' and drag it over to your desktop!
9. Open the '' HHex Editor '' and open your '' idps.bin '' file
- And there you go! You got your OFW CID!

Hey, I know this post is from 2015, but if there's anyone that can help, then that wld be great!
So anyway, the proxy thing works, but then an error msg comes saying "gethostbyname() failed with error: 0x00002AF9" and my PS3 doesn't let me click on the "What's New" when I'm connected to the proxy, and that just says an error message as well. My main goal is to download a few pkg games but I need my ps3's .bin file for PeXploit in order for it to work. I've been tirelessly trying different things for a week now and nothing that I do works. The only program that I can find that lets you inject .raps as well as .pkgs is PeXploit and I need the .bin file for that.
Someone out there, pls help.
