Need help with my PS3!

I nee help with my PS3.
If I start up my console it boots up normally but when it comes to the startup screen where its saying the information about the health things (sry for bad english) its just glitching out, I tried to boot up in Recovery Mode but it doesnt show up and after a few seconds my ps3 just shuts down itself. If needed I can post a picture of the glitched screen.

My PS3 runs on 4.82.2 Rebug Rex CFW.

Pls help quick. I need my ps3!!!

what kind of details? sry idk what u need for this.
i tried to install a mod menu for gta v (lexicon). i got this menu from this forum, it was a pkg and when I started it it says click x to install and after i pressed my ps3 froze. I couldnt shut it down with the power button so i plugged out my ps3. Now its glitched.

Lexicon has been down/banned from ps3 for quite some time..... whats it do when you start it up.... pictures if possible

so it shows my modded startup screen. and right before it goes into the xmb it glitches out. pic is following

turn on your system hold the power button down until it turns off then repeat until you hear the different beeps...... turn on one beep still holding 1 or 2 beeps keep holding then more beeps stop holding button a menu should come up

tried that before recovery menu not showing up and ps3 shuts itself down after a few seconds

Best I can say (unless your PlayStation is jailbroken) format the harddrive or buy another ps3 hdd
