How can I add buttons to stealth settings menu?

I am wanting to learn how to make a stealth (private as im broke to buy one lmao)

How can I add a button onto the settings menu for the stealth?
I have tried to add it in Menu.xui but no luck.

check my threads and i got loads of free stealth, just make sure to use a vpn because i use to host my own stealth they can see your ip address etc
