Forgot to put requirements to run windows 11:

8th Gen + Processors supporting TPM
secure boot

Please check your TPM version.

1. Open Run by using Win + R.
2. Type in there "tpm.msc".
3. In the Status bar look if it is written that, "TPM is ready to use."
4.Check specification version under TPM Manufacturer Information.
If it is showing under status that TPM is not ready to use/not enabled then follow the steps below:
1.Reboot the system.
2.When the message "Press <f2> to enter Setup" appears, press the <f2> key.
3.When the System Setup appears, navigate to the Security group using the Down arrow key.
4.Press the <+> key to expand the group.
5.Verify that TPM Security is listed under Security.
6.Navigate to the TPM Security section using the Down arrow key.
7.Press the <enter> key.
8.Press the Right Arrow key to change the setting to On.
9.The TPM is now enabled.
10.Press the <esc> key.
11.Using the Down Arrow key, highlight Exit and press <enter> key.
The system reboots.
