If you ever come across people on Xbox that have thousands of followers and you're curious about how they get them, here is how you can do it yourself.
Step 1: Get a picture, or multiple pictures of a hot chic off of Google, Tumblr, Facebook etc.
Step 2: Set the picture you got as your Xbox Profile picture, change your Xbox Profile color to something that's somewhat girly, change your name sharing settings to "Everyone", and change your name to a girl name and make a girly bio.
Step 3: In the Xbox One Dashboard, Navigate to "Store". Once you are in the store, click "Browse Games". Now click "All Games". Then click the tab on the right that says "New" and then select "Most Played".
Step 4: Click the first game, (it should be GTA V), once you've clicked into it, click "Game Hub". Once there, scroll all the way to the right to "Captures". Use your left thumb stick to go over each capture and press the "X" Button to quickly like the captures without opening them up and viewing them. You will do this for every game and every capture, multiple times a day and you will have a lot of random people starting to add you, liking and viewing your clips and inviting you to random games and party chats, you can ignore all of those.
