PS3 1.07 eboot builder
It doesnt seem to work which is odd, the 1.06 tool worked great but this 1.07 tool i get error scetool.exe has stopped working, i then run it as admin and that error goes away and it says completed sucessfully but there is no eboot.bin created in the folder. Im running win 8.1, tried...- xSLAYERx

Thats just CCAPI, its buggy. I stopped using it, im using eboot builder now for Ghosts, so far seems better, not freezing all the time.- xSLAYERx

That is not a proven method. Plus you must not know anything about large networks, because I gurantee you sony keeps network logs and can see the CID you logged in with and ban it.- xSLAYERx
