Exceeded limit of 12660 'localize' assets

I copied an eboot.bin file that I downloaded from this website over to COD AW. I changed the name of the old eboot.bin file and kept it there. Whenever I start up COD AW, it goes straight to multiplayer and says Error: Exceeded limit of 12660 'localize' assets.
Should I delete the old eboot.bin file? What should I do? What does this error mean?
