reinstall target manager, then you should have ps3_mapi_net.dll then copy it and put it under the tool

THE SAME WITH ME are the offsets for 1.24 patch??? i have a debug self and debug eboot im not on cex or cappi i on the true dex i have PS3TMAPI_NET.dll in the folder help
