First of all you need to have a jailbreaked ps3 and bo2 game installed . if u have those you can install easy at package manager on xmb / install package / standard .. install first maps then fixes and leave for last all dlc fix

they have no need to be unbanned to install and play , anyway dont use psninja on 4.82 cfw dex or cex
