I am trying too play black ops 2 again my console is banned .. I changed my mac address 2 times but im still banned I have no eboot or any thing on pls help how do i get unbanned

Get a new Console ID do you have Dex or Cex?

u need a console id and you cant be unbanned search for Console ID and u will find some ids

If its your account that is banned a console id wount fix it you have to wait until the time is up or make a new account or You can make sure the mac you put in is valid
