Modding on Gta 5 on pc

Hi all, I have got the Gta5 from the recent free offer from Epic games on pc. My kid wants to put a mod menu and do money drops on himself but he wants to make a new account and use my Gta5 epic game as its already on the computer. Is that possible or will my account get banned if gets caught...

Great thanks for this... where you put the console ID in IDPS or Psid and if I only change in one, do I leave the other one as the original one?

Cloning of online players' cars

Hi all, I am looking for a mod menu that had cloning of online players' cars but can't seem to find one, maybe someone can enlighten me. Preferably from the free mod menu range for a CEX ps3. Many thanks.
