    Like dylzta77 says, its because for those pricks that like to cheat there ass off and ruin gaming/games for other players using MODS, thats the MAIN reason the second is spoofing, duh. PPL DON'T mod ONLINE. play the game as it suposed to for crying out loud and use a spoofer. Rant out
