    i get this error code when tryna sign in (80023017) i looked it up n ppl said to change the "NP Environment" in debug settings to np thing is ive always had set to "np" wanted to come back to ps3 just to see whats up

    not sure whats the latest fw update for hen but you can also try the latest fw installing then it wont ask you for update
