    Reinstalled in recovery mode and everything was still there of course and its still not working. Should I format and reinstall at this point?

    I had SEN Enabler on my 4.70.1 version so when I updated through the XMB, im not sure if it stuck or not. I will go into recovery mode and reinstall 4.84. I will let you know what happens.
