Hi Tommy, Colin here..I'm new to the website and I'm able to generate new unused Console IDs. ( for all countries) I not fully sure on what way to give them out. I don't wish to make money from generating them as it's a free program i use. (but not sure on the site rules) for giving out new console IDs for free as some still charge for them. look forward to your reply on this matter.
