There was a post here before saying that Sony banns CID faster but i would imagine it would die off because it did, it could be that or this kid is just posting Banned CID's to piss us off because its obvious when he posts the CID it gets banned in 2 minutes so he's obviously posting banned CID's on purpose

Maybe, just maybe, there is one guy, who keeps refreshing the CID Page and every time, when a new one comes, he get it banned in like nothing -_-... this is what was im thinking.
