What do you eat in a regular basis? I fast 24 hrs every Friday, it's not so hard.

When I break it, I have fruits for example, dates, watermelon and grapes. Then I have kababs lol. Oh you fast but do you completly stop food and drink?

Yes I completely cut off foods and drink every Friday for a span of 24 hrs. And yeah it's good to have foods with most water after breaking it as it helps get full and satisfied faster.
