Well in regards to a PS3 ban, it still depends on what ban, account or console/system. If its account ban your banned, nothing you can do about it. If its console/system, then you simply replace your current CID (IDPS) with a working CID (IDPS) and it should simply unban your console/system. As to how to stay unbanned for a long time, DONT MOD.

I use to use PSNinja v4, but there have been fake copies supposedly floating around. If you cant locate it, use PSNPatch.
