Yeah it says the rockstar is not available

When trying to go online on thus PS3 and Account, if it gives that error. Sign out right away, it will go into story mode, then sign in and go back online. If your account is fine and the console ID is fine, it should load up no problem. But if it continues, then there is a possible GTAV file corruption if you happened to change any files.

You know where you go on the main PlayStation screen to click the game to start the game?
there was a file under there that said corrupt could that be it

Id need to visually see it to better assist, but it sounds like a PSN game corrupted or homebrew. No that wouldnt have anything to do with the issue. Did you try what i recommended!?!
