I deadlifted 264 pounds, yeah same pullups, dips and milliary press. On isolation I mostly focus on triceps, cable v bar and ropes. With biceps, dumbbell incline and barbell.
When I break it, I have fruits for example, dates, watermelon and grapes. Then I have kababs lol. Oh you fast but do you completly stop food and drink?
