    Yeah, of course it's not better than LTS -- for the reason being it got cracked by Kurt, so he stopped up****** months ago. If it didn't, it would of been updated tremendously with more functions making it one of the best menus for Grand Theft Auto.

    Damn, try re-downloading updates, or remove any modded EBOOT if you have any. Good luck fixing this issue man! I'm kind of clueless myself with that issue you're having.
