    The easy way to find out, is, just to login on a different account using the same console id. If the it says you're banned from gta online, then the console id is banned.

    As far as I know, You can't get an id from an un-hacked ps3. You'd have to use an e3 flasher, to extract the dump(which has the psid and console id) of a compatible model which is able to be downgraded.
