i cant even run the game off the disk not even opening mulitman and no cant be cuz i didnt change anything from the day before i was playing -only thing that i did was do some pkg spoof i think that fucked me but i went back to 3,55 and back to my regular firmware

Alright so i cant figure this out. One day randomly i tunr on my Jb ps3 and it gives me an error when i try to play games off a disk, off of my hard drive, off of my external hard drive, and when i try to copy a game on multiman it says this is not available. Can someone please stick with me...

I downgraded to 3.55 rebug or whatever threw usb then upgraded to 4.46 again but it was still the same i cant play any games and its slow as shit in the xmb
