    You can use mod menu's for sure, its just that the game or Sony might recognise that there are other files and ban you; really there is not a lot you can do next to disabling all homebrew through PSN Patch but there is always a risk.

    Turn off all homebrew through PSN Patch, mount games BEFORE you sign in to PSN. Don't use things like mod menu's. That's pretty much all you can do, you can never 100% prevent it from happening. About your PSN account, that is permanently banned and you can not unban that.
