    Banned from Gta V online completely

    it is console id and game cache. you can delete your game cache using multiman. takes about 5 minutes to get back on. sweet! open multiman - - > settings - - > clear game cache data. change console id.. new psn obviously and ur back.. no modded rpfs because they are checking the checksums...
