PSN Patch 2.45 to 2.47

Hey all. Im on rogero 4.46 cobra 7. I have PSN patch 2.45 installed and psn patch spoofing to 4.55. Do i need to remove spoof before i upgrade from psn patch 2.45 to 2.47?
