Offset with A Few Examples:
Clantag: 0x38907FC1

Good Byte Examples:
{7d 40 40 7b} = [}@@{) | {40 36 39 40} = [@69@] | {7d 55 47 7b} = [}UG{]
Bad Byte Example:
{7b 40 40 7d} = [{@@}] = KEY_UNBOUND??? For some reason when you put "{}" it will glitch like that.
You can do: {20 7b 7d 20} = [ {} ]
