Put the Update.rpf in dev_hdd/game/(bles01807 or blus31156 GTA folder)/

then to activate it, stay logged off PSN when starting GTA and sign on with GTA from the Start Menu Online, then join an invite only session.
from there you can join a friend or start new session and the mod should still work.

i doesnt mean online. If i start the game (offline), the loading screen comes with the diffrent character pictures and loads infinite..

But for me it doesnt, the rpf from rogero works fine for me

1 . Erased gta v data
2 . reinstall gta v
3.replace rpf with modded rpf
4.rebuilt database


it should work that same thing happen to me
