Hello everyone... I would like to help the NGU community out and release my Private RPC tool.
Its a simple, but has everything I wanted in one tool.
We spent a lot of time time testing so I hope you all enjoy....

Added Rockstar rewards Cash under 100m should be safe to give yourself.

Added return to standard horn on downgrade button
Added custom wheels to maxupgrade

LSC Editor
Max upgrades Button fixed will mod everything now.
Max Downgrade button added. Removes all mods and sets standard wheels... Good for pissing off Noobs...
Teleport to player. I haven't tested yet.
Please post any problems or bugs.... Ive been busy with work/life and other stuff so havent had much time for testing..
Also if you don't like the tool SIMPLE don't download.... This is just what I use for GTA online and felt like sharing...

Because CCAPI shit & plays up you will need to connect and enable at least twice to get RPC to enable (check via Load Clients)
Open/Shut Doors make sure you are in a vehicle otherwise u WILL FREEZE.
