depends on what you want to do if modding stick with CEX its the safest way RTE if you want your system open to more go to DEX

If u want everything at once go rebug, if u want the ultimate stuff go cobra, else cex for usual purposes. Nah dex is no longer the right choice, even if debugging your own apps rebug D-REX is more powerful.

it is but if u do a wrong move while ur are changing to dex ur screwed maby a brick ps3 if you do something wrong

no cause i did that alot make sure ur norbin files are in ur usb root and it will work with no problem

I lost my original CEX files and Im trying to convert the DEX ones to CEX but every time i try it the command prompt crashes. I guess its cause i have windows 8
