4.46.1 RE-DEX HELP PLEASE

Hi i have a 4.46.1 re-dex and ive spoofed it to 4.50 but now when i try to sign in it say this account have been banned from sony entertainment.
I have sign on the account with my other ps3. how do i fix this problem?
its not the console id either......
