Yes you Do NOT Need a Spoofer on DEX. This Spoof is for CEX/REX ONLY Btw

sony can see if your not on the current firmware, so do buy another cid until you have a cfw on the current ofw, the same thing happened to me when they unbaned my original cid

Developer Arch has released its latest spoof enabler/disabler, they will be releasing v1.20 as soon as they get around to adding REBUG 4.76 support. So 4.75 is the highest supported CFW at this time for this. This thread will be updated with v1.20 as soon as its released.
