PS3 Any chance of getting banned?

Hey guys , the tittle says what I dont know but I'll repeat :p
Is there any chance of getting banned from BF4 by using a CFW and downloaded the game from my PC to PS3 then opened it with multiman?
 
yes ofcourse but by spoofing and disabling your cfw syscalls you'll be more safe but! but ye you could still get banned at any time!
