What this script does is cause the target's apache server to overload/crash. It uses proxy's to send requests to the target. Also it spoofs the user agents to one's that will look like normal traffic. It uses multiple threads to send a lot of packets simultaneously. This script is coded in C. Sorry I couldn't provide a deeper explanation for this, but I really never got interested in this attack since I thought it was really straight forward on what it does.
