Black ops 3 animation issues.

Ok so after the 1.03 update i noticed that all the animations and some of the textures are messed up for me. (when people are walking/running they appear to be swimming, people can just walk underwater, glass isn't transparent, people who are prone T-pose ect) Anyone have any suggestions to fix this?
