I can't seem to find the North America (calling card/title) DLC pack for PS3, none of the threads seem to have it included, they have every pack except for this one.
NoPayStation doesn't seem to have the .rap or .edata for it either.
I'm also missing the C.E Digital, along with the Ghosts and Advanced Warfare (if the AW one even exists) personalisation packs/camos.
This is all for BLES-01717, not for any other version.
