Long awaited EBOOT to fix the crash on startup on Black Ops II PS3. I have included my fix as bytes in the rar as well as the address to overwrite the existing bytes.

should this eboot fix the freeze of new accounts? if I use it, can I not do the local match procedure? because if so it doesn't work ...
One should be created that works both zombie and multiplayer with antiban, antifreeze and anti startup lag.
