Can use CID on 1 PS3 for CID but banned on another. HELP???

Hi, I have 2 PS3. One ps3 i have has its original CID on it and PSN works fine on it, I put the same CID on my other ps3 that's banned and it worked till i sign out. I managed to get it working again a few times by restoring the CID and then using PSN Patch 4.66.01 and PSNinja_v4 and then putting the CID back onto it again (Not exactly sure what order just did everything till it worked). Now i tried and I can't sign in at all, I've tried everything i did before (I think) but i can't sign in. I know its not banned because it still works on the other PS3. Also have tried making new users to see if it was just the User that was banned but it didn't work either. I'm on DARKNET CEX 4.66 V1.00. Any ideas????

I fixed it !
I just changed the first numbers
000000010082 to 000000010085
It worked for me. I live in europe tho

Little confused about your exact question - you have the same cid on 2 systems but one is banned? If your cid is banned you will have to buy a new one.
