Can't Force Host Anymore?

So whenever I try to force host on BO2 now it will take around an hour to get into a game, I have heard that recently BO2 has switched to dedicated servers and that there is no more P2P? Is this true and is there anyway to get force host back?

cause if you have force host it dusent take you direct in a game cause you need to be host of the game so then you can use the menu

I've used MrY-RiiPU RTM Tool and Project TCM V12 (GSC) force host.

Yeah guys I also noticed this about a month ago so now everyone is using SPRX non host. I use to host all the time now you just get parties joining but they always leave... oh well R.I.P good times hello auto wall
