CCAPI 2.70 compatibility

Hello dear crunchers its juampa21 and today i am bringing you news about the new version of CCAPI Package!

So since the new version of the CFW 4.78 came out the creators of CCAPI Package were working on the new version that supported the new Firmware. The new version only supports 4.78 CEX at the moment which means that if you are on DEX you will not be able to use this PS3 application!
