CFW Not Turning on Sometimes

Ok so ever since I have gotten my CFW it hasnt really been turning on properly. It has been doing the exact same thing as in this video.

Maybe its the power supply or HDD?
It can turn on whenever i bang the bottom lightly, but its just annoying to do almost everytime.

I would suggest in looking to replace the supply. That could be the cause.
