cobra disable??? Freezing???? Frustration

ok im on 4.70 dex and is it safe to disable cobra to play bo2(disc) because if i dont disable it when i bring up the xmb menu it freezes while play ing and also if i dont disable it when i go into multiman i have to go all the wat to the left to mmCM section and go down to swithc to multiman mode or bo2 will freeze coming out of multiman

same. I was messing some setting to fix my ps3's idps and i pressed "Toggle cobra mode" and now every time i turn my playstation 3, after like 5 seconds after it tells me "your system did not turn off properly........" it just freezes and my only option is to turn it off.

Please help as soon as possible i just really want to play on my console again.
