psn have stopped banning cid's or lowered the banning on them they have now moved onto banning ips it restricts you fully from online features been on the phone with Virgin for an hour now and we went to live chat with sony support they now ban your ip i tested the theory trying 4 ps3s 2 cfw slims a superslim and a fat they all got 80710016 this is the new error ive now reinstalled a new modem and all the ps3 have new ips and are running all online so be warned get running VPN or switch to dynamic

An IP ban is nothing... You can use a proxy, You can run your ps3 through a VPN and or just change your ip. (Proxy would be best)

Ok im going old school google Proxy Sniffers and once you find a proxy go to your ps3 and reset your network as custom. leave everything default besides the proxy settings (you will type the proxy ip)

I'm still invisible so phuk Sony and their fake bans... GTA bans just your account. Get new account back online, Sony bans your CID and PSID when u go in your multiman while still signed in, IPS gets banned when your console been banned before so its an IP ban now... Nothing new, bo3 bans your Mac address, get chaos air binder to change Mac.

There really is no valid proof of this and you can easily change your IP. When I get that error I reset my modem/router and I'm back online. This means nothing, even if it is an actual thing they are attempting to do.

IF that was true none of us would be able to get back online easily. i've been on a few public console id's recently on the same ip.

Its been over a year.. No bans. No ip ban. No hassles.. Moddibg hard everyday.. If u get banned playing GTA then your a lame modder.. You need to research before you mod again. Learn to hide yourself.

No, Sony still ban CID, just happen today my friend got cid banned for 2 weeks. because too many traffic on your ip ,thats why you get ip ban 2-3days. i never have Sony ban or IP ban.
