ControlConsoleAPI 2.60 Rev7 (CCAPI) won't connect.

I been seeing lately that capi is having connection problem after upgrading to 4.75 d Rex or 4.76 Rex... I figured everyone would listen that the ccapi cannot connect at the moment and a lot of people are having trouble changing their Cid's. Well luck has shown its face here again to save you from your misery in the form of an old program you didn't know could change Cid's too. "Irisman".
Here's a tutorial with pictures to help you change your CID fast and permanently.

You can easily and effectively change your Cid's via irisman app. Its easy and no connection to computer needed. Follow these simple steps to change your cids now.
1. Download "Irisman" and install to ps3.

2. Open Irisman and press start.

3. Go to tools, press X.

4. Go to Spoof Console ID, press X.

5. Go to either set new PSID or set new console ID, Press X.

6. Type in your Console ID or load your PSID and cid off a file folder on your USB.

7. It will say set new console ID to:.....( your cid here).
8. Exit irisman.
9. Sign in & Enjoy.

Because every time I booted up it wouldn't connect cause my ps3 IP always change
