Sharkey you an electrician? or atleast know your way around power modifications? :3 Im looking to install a 12v DC LED bulb which was originally for a car in my PS3, looks like total they are 12v DC but singled out 12/5 around 2.4v DC. If i solder these to my power will they work fine? or do i need to do conversions?

they should work no problem as long as the series is 12v no more or less for safety ,there are 2 places you can run them from the 12v from the fan or the 12v on the board from the power supply ,and if you wish to have a delay of the leds to turn on you can run relays from the 5v usb power to the led bulb, can you send a pic of bulb
