Hey Crunchers! 
Today i will show you how to get a custom PSN avatar.
What you need:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-A FTP Program.
-Filezilla.
-The PIC you want.
-Custom Firmware PS3
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Open up any FTP program on your custom firmware PS3.
Open up filezilla on your computer, and connect to your PS3.
Navigate to: dev_hdd0/home/0000000X/friendim/avatar.
0000000X will be your user number, it will not have an X at the end that is just an example. Here is how it can look:
Then you should see some .PNG pictures, you will see your friend`s avatar, and your avatar.
Your avatar will be named: me.png
Go to google and download the avatar you want to use, make sure you save it in a .PNG format.
Once you have the .PNG picture, you need to rename it too: me, so it should be named me.png
Once you have it, just replace it with the avatar you already have, and you have now changed your avatar.
Your friends can not see this!
And it will go away with once you sign out
So, not really worth it, but it`s cool
