Cydia Impactor is a GUI application made to work with mobile devices like iOS and Android. This application allows you to side load IPA's on your IOS device and APK's on your Android device, it also allows you to exploit Android "Master Key" vulnerabilities. This tool will be posted here in the iOS section as its mainly used for iOS devices.
For iOS or Android on your computer you will most likely need to install device drivers so that your device can be recognized.

NOTE: Don't run the application as administrator, for Windows 10 for instance it doesnt allow for drag/drop of files onto the application.
