What? Why would they ban, just because your online on cfw? If you don't mod, they should keep their fingers calm.
 
Well at least you could say that this banned guy tried to mod. You will not get banned, just for beeing online on cfw. Just don't mod. Sony, you better make your homeworks again.

Today played 3 hours, just disabled cfw from psn patch, used psNINJA and was ready to go
